today.....
haiz.....is time to training again.....hate it....
no choice loh been force to go also.....
suddenly 1 msg come from yong....
"u got go mah?"
be4 tat i ady know they going to hc to swimming....
but i reply:
"got training"
lol.....
think and think....
think till whole morning.....
since training so stress....
ok lah....
go relax....
reach there ady.....
they suprised....
coz told them tat i didn come.....
just sitting down there watch them swimming....
weather so cold still can swim...

but stay inside water better then outside....
swim and swim and swim....

just walk in the water....)

some friend say wanna go home ady.....

say 5pm only go back now wan go ady......

but only 1 say gtg lah....
so we go to the badminton court there play loh.....
just only half an hour....
boring.....
dunno where to go ady.....
so i suggest to go to jetty.....
